This policy covers the portfolio websites and related products operated for AIVista Global, LexDraft, DOLO, Buzzworthy Digital, Neville Goddard SOA, C-Rich, ZARO/Basquiat's Brother, LIFT Beauty, and related landing pages. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how people can make privacy requests.
We collect information people submit through forms, checkout flows, waitlists, audit requests, product delivery pages, coaching inquiries, partnership forms, and support emails. This may include name, email, phone, company, website, country, product interest, order details, shipping details for physical art, consent records, referral source, and message content.
We may collect basic technical and usage data such as IP address, device/browser type, page views, checkout clicks, form events, timestamps, referrers, UTM parameters, and security logs. We use this to operate the sites, measure conversion, prevent abuse, and improve customer experience.
We use information to provide requested downloads, process payments, fulfill orders, schedule calls, respond to inquiries, deliver audits or proposals, operate CRM records, send opted-in marketing, personalize follow-up, improve products, prevent fraud, comply with law, and protect the portfolio.
Payments may be handled by Stripe, Gumroad, Amazon, TidyCal, or other approved processors. We do not intentionally store full card numbers. Physical-product orders may require sharing shipping details with print, framing, tapestry, or logistics providers solely to fulfill the order.
If you request a download, audit, quote, product update, partnership discussion, or newsletter, we may store your contact details in a CRM or email platform. Marketing messages include an opt-out path where required. Transactional messages may still be sent to deliver purchases, receipts, downloads, or support.
Some products may use AI-assisted drafting, analysis, planning, or response generation. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government IDs, private health data, confidential legal documents, trade secrets, or third-party personal data unless a secure authorized workflow is explicitly provided.
We share information with service providers that help us host websites, process payments, store leads, send email, deliver products, analyze performance, prevent abuse, and provide support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or during a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future advertising or analytics setup creates a legal opt-out obligation, we will provide the required notice and controls before using it.
We use HTTPS, access controls, rate limits, provider-managed payment security, restricted admin endpoints, security headers, data minimization, and vendor controls designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system is perfectly secure, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including product delivery, customer support, accounting, security, dispute resolution, compliance, and legitimate business records. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed and deletion is technically and legally feasible.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of marketing, or information about sharing where those rights apply. Email clinton@tmcholdingsco.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and enough detail to verify and process the request.
Privacy rights vary by location. California, other U.S. state, U.K., EEA, and other international visitors may have additional rights regarding notice, access, deletion, correction, objection, portability, and complaint to a regulator. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
The portfolio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will review it.
We may update this policy as products, vendors, jurisdictions, and data uses change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the sites after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
