These terms apply to the AIVista Global portfolio websites, including LexDraft, DOLO, Buzzworthy Digital, Neville Goddard SOA, C-Rich, ZARO/Basquiat's Brother, LIFT Beauty, digital products, audits, forms, product delivery pages, and related landing pages.
You may use the sites and products for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Do not interfere with site security, scrape private areas, abuse forms, submit malware, impersonate others, or use the sites to violate third-party rights.
Some products, services, and pre-launch pages are early access, validation, prototype, or waitlist offers. Public pages should distinguish available features from roadmap concepts. Pre-launch pages are not a promise that a product will launch on a specific date.
Portfolio content may include business, marketing, legal-template, manifestation, wellness, travel, or AI workflow education. It is informational only and is not legal, tax, medical, financial, immigration, psychological, investment, or professional advice.
LexDraft is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates, AI outputs, checklists, and workflow suggestions are starting points. Users are responsible for attorney review, approvals, local-law compliance, signatures, and final decisions.
Payment pages are processed through approved providers such as Stripe, Gumroad, Amazon, or other named checkout providers. Digital products may be delivered instantly or by email. Physical art and merchandise may require third-party production and shipping.
Product-specific checkout pages may include additional refund, shipping, cancellation, or fulfillment terms. If a product page and these terms conflict, the more specific product-page terms apply unless prohibited by law.
Websites, copy, art, code, templates, workbooks, frameworks, videos, and downloads are protected by intellectual-property laws. Unless a license says otherwise, purchases grant personal or internal business use only. No resale, redistribution, stock upload, AI model training, NFT minting, or sublicensing without written permission.
You are responsible for information you submit. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you have authority and the workflow is appropriate for that data. We may use submissions to respond, deliver products, improve services, and operate the business as described in the Privacy Policy.
Case studies, examples, audits, and educational material are not guarantees. Results depend on execution, market conditions, customer behavior, platform changes, budgets, and many factors outside our control. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, certifications, partnerships, or sales claims.
Sites may link to third-party checkout, scheduling, email, social, analytics, fulfillment, AI, hosting, or marketplace platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the sites and products are provided "as is" and without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular result. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim where lawful.
